Member Pricing
The Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory currently has over 913 Member Institutions located throughout the Northwest. These institutions consist of school districts, community based organizations, and other education organizations located in Alaska, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana. These organizations are NWREL's primary clients and qualify for discounts on the publications listed in this catalog.

How to order:
- Buy products online using Visa or MasterCard. Browse or search to find products, add items to cart, choose shipping method, and follow the steps to checkout. Financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date) is collected by a 3rd party (Verisign) on a secured server. See our Privacy Policy for more information. Please note: In the last step of the order process, the customer is returned to NWREL's site from the secured server (Verisign) and NWREL is notified with transaction and order information. Credit card information remains on the secured server and is not sent to NWREL. Only information necessary for order fulfillment is sent to NWREL in this final step of the online ordering process.
- Fax order to NWREL customer service. Browse or search to find products, add items to your cart, choose shipping method and print out the page. Fax the print-out to customer service at 503-275-0458 and be sure to include a P.O. or other payment information with your order.
- Call in order to NWREL customer service. Browse or search to find products, add items to your cart and call 503-275-9519 to place your order. Be sure to have your payment information ready (i.e. P.O. number, Visa or MasterCard credit card number and expiration date).

Delivery Timing
All rush orders will be processed and shipped through your selected UPS expedited service within two business days after the order has been placed. UPS does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays so please allow enough time accordingly. If you have any questions or would like to check the status of your rush, please call (503) 275-9519.
Shipping
Orders shipped to locations in the United States where UPS delivery is not available will be shipped First-Class U.S. Mail at the UPS Ground rate. Orders shipped outside the United States and its possessions are shipped via International Air. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a physical address is not provided, the order will be shipped First Class Mail.
Please note that we are not able to send e-mail confirmation when your order is shipped via U.S. Mail or International Air.
Return Policy
NWREL will accept returns based on the following conditions:
- Timeliness of return - All return matters must be handled in a timely fashion. Customers have 1 week from the receipt of the order to communicate with NWREL regarding any complaints. It is important that all items are inspected upon receiving the order and that any complaints are directed to NWREL immediately.
- Defects - If a product purchased at NWREL is defective due to an error by the manufacturer, we will replace that item with another copy. If there is not another copy of that item in stock, we will offer a credit for the cost of the item towards the purchase of another item.
- Processing Error - If an error has occurred in a customer order at the fault of NWREL, then NWREL will accept the item back for a refund or credit. However, if an error occurs at the fault of the customer ordering an item, NWREL cannot be held responsible.
- Shipping Error - If an order is damaged or mishandled due to an error by our shipping company, we will replace any damaged items. However, the return must be handled in a way that allows for proper survey of the damage caused.
- Shipping Damage - NWREL is committed to getting you your products in the best possible condition. We will gladly replace any items that experience damage from shipping.
